About Use Huttys

Use Huttys brings together the planned Huttys Intelligence platform and the project-support vision of Huttys Development Group. Our purpose is engineering better projects: helping property owners and developers move from an address and an idea toward an informed development decision.

The initial use case is RV park development. The planned workflow connects property constraints, utilities, market analysis, preliminary layouts and economics in an owner’s decision package. Consulting and project support, alongside platform licensing and white-label offerings for consulting firms, are secondary business channels.

Preliminary planning does not replace licensed engineering, surveying or permitting. The development plan calls for an independent Volume 1–2 test on a different property after Volume 2 is complete; completion is not verified here.
